Return Process

  Contact our client services team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, and protective tags.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the box is securely sealed.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
